Description: Assist in developing analytics supporting Cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting that integrates with existing reporting requirements. Support ongoing studies and analysis of cyber compensation trends in the private and public sectors at the occupational and work role levels, drawing on expertise in the use of commercial labor market surveys and Departmental workforce data to assess the potential effects of those trends on Departmental workforce recruitment and retention in key cyber mission areas. Support analytic capabilities for tracking Cyber personnel and positions. Desired: Security Clearance highly desired. Location: Location: Mark Center, Alexandria, VA DoD CIO Cyber Academic Engagement Office (CAEO). Some travel including international. Some telework possible. Contractor support for new program at DoD CIO.
