USSOCOM Wounded Warriors Care Coalition Program Eagle Horizon Group supports USSCOM’s Wounded Warrior Transition Initiative Program by providing fellowship, employment training, and employment assistance programs designed to facilitate a smooth transition from the military and to add purpose and relevance back into the lives of transitioning Special Operations Forces (SOF) Wounded, Ill, and Injured warriors and their spouses. Dogs on Deployment Volunteers provide care for pets of our service people while they are on Deployment.
