PROGRAM PROTECTION – OPSEC PROGRAM MANAGER – Job #1053154 Establish and maintain Level III OPSEC program for DoD that conforms with the requirements contained in DoD Manual 5205.02-M, DoD Operations Security (OPSEC) Program Manual, dated November 3, 2008. Execute OPSEC Assessment and Surveys; Support development of tailored threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments in support of agency and customer OPSEC requirements; Develop and implement an OPSEC training program; Develop OPSEC annexes for compartmented program and security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in concert with agency security staff; Support the development of Program Protection Plans in conformance with OUSD (AT&L) requirements. Ensure compliance in accordance with National Industry Security program, DoD 5220.22-M. Security Clearance Desired: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph, and eligibility for access to Special Access Program information.
