Facility HF Communications technician / specialist Responsibilities: Provide fixed site installation and maintenance support, including installation, test and exercise of radio systems and protective measures (Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), lightning, power surges/sags, electrical noise etc.); troubleshooting and repairing operational and technical problems with communications systems. Develop and supervise or execute preventative maintenance program. Desired experience/knowledge: Security Clearance: Secret Clearance Software Provenance Specialist Required experience/knowledge: Knowledge of cybersecurity capabilities, trends in cyberattack techniques, and tools or techniques for identifying and mitigating cyber vulnerabilities in software products and information systems Ability to comprehend DoD IT networks and infrastructure and develop supply chain risk mitigation strategies and associated implementation guidance Developing executive level briefings and deliverables; integrating and synchronizing efforts and inputs from multiple sources Authoring policy, point papers, technical reviews, guidance, white papers, congressional inquire responses, and other documents for senior- level officials Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across the Department of Defense Basic knowledge of relationships and interdependencies between IT, cyberspace operations, and cybersecurity, and understanding of the DoD’s Risk Management Framework Basic knowledge of the DoD contracting and acquisition processes, including source selection procedures and the DoD’s interface with the Defense Industrial Base Knowledge of statutory authorities pertaining to Supply Chain Risk Management, including sections 889 and 1655 of the FY 2019 NDAA, and10 USC 2339a (and associated DFARS subpart 239.73).
