Provide fixed site installation and maintenance support, including installation, test and exercise of radio systems and protective measures (Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), lightning, power surges/sags, electrical noise
etc.); troubleshooting and repairing operational and technical problems with communications systems. Develop and supervise or execute preventative maintenance program.
Operate telecommunications equipment, including but not limited to LF, MF, HF, LMR, Satellite, Wi-Fi, microwave, telephone (PBX etc.); IP switches, routers etc.; conducting communications using a variety of
modes (voice, video, and data), including maintaining the station log and recording and delivering message traffic; configuring operating parameters, adjusting, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications
equipment including transceivers, antenna tuners, preamplifiers, amplifiers, power supplies, interfaces, antenna rotators and their controllers, ancillary equipment; antennas and feedlines, switches and routers etc.
Desired: A BS degree in engineering -or- A.S. Electrical Engineering or A.S. Electrical Engineering Technology AND four years of experience with commercial or military HF communications systems including
installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operating. Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance. Strong understanding of HF equipment, installation, operation and networking. Possess (or
obtain within 6 months) Amateur Radio General Class or Amateur Extra Class license issued by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and a Project Manager’s General Radiotelephone Operator License
issued by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. User familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Must be willing to deploy to CONUS locations in an emergency. With essentially equal
qualifications, preference for Veteran and Service Disabled Veteran.
Desired: Current or recent SCI a strong plus. Knowledge of Continuity / Resilient comms.
This is a full time “key” position. Understanding of electromagnetic interference, including Electromagnetic Pulse countermeasures. Eagle Horizon will arrange training for FCC license.
Location: Arlington, Virginia. Some travel to locations in the Washington DC area.

SENIOR PROGRAM PROTECTION ANALYSTS (12 various positions) Perform professional security assessments, analysis and support of security processes and practices. Support development of tailored threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments in support of agency and customer OPSEC requirements. Develop and implement an OPSEC training program; Develop OPSEC annexes for compartmented program and security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in concert with agency security staff. Directly support government program offices and Program Security Offices in the development, execution and implementation of personnel security issues. Develop and hold regional expertise on cyber network operations, emerging cyber threats, trends and the evolving policy, and regulatory framework related to cyber security. Ensure compliance in accordance with National Industry Security Program DoD 5220.22-M. Security Clearance Desired: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph, and eligibility for access to Special Access Program information. Higher Education and experience desired. Salary commensurate with education/experience. ACCOUNTING CLERKAccounting support to include a full range of budget and financial audit samle collection, data consolidation adn analysis, and status reporting to support the Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) team. Will prepare and/or present executive summaries and briefings.Must be familiar with MS Excel, Access.
